I’m teaching a beginning quilting class, using your crazy shortcut quilts. However I’m making one of my own and am having trouble getting the back sashing strips not to crease when I sew the top layer down. My next class is in a few days and I want to be able to tell them how to avoid this!!
Please help!!

Hi Karyl, The first thing that we recommend is heavily starching your fabrics and making sure that they are well pressed. If you are already doing this, let me know and we can go from there, okay?
