Large, Square Rulers
Sarah and I (Marguerita) LOVE our 20 1/2″ square quilting ruler (above) and the clarity of the Creative Grids brand is our favorite. Our quilt blocks often finish over 16″, so the one we use the most is the large one, although for smaller blocks the 15″ ruler (below) can be handy.
We have our names on our Kwik Klips, because we use them so much and take them everywhere.
We cut a LOT of fabric, and when making our quilts we often stack many blocks or layers of fabrics for cutting. That’s why we love the large 60mm cutters, as shown below.
WE use a lot of different threads, sometimes some are temperamental. When we have issues, we use Sewer’s Aide on the thread, and we ALWAYS use it on metallic threads to protect our sewing machines. Marguerita has been using this for 20 years and has had no issues with it creating any problems on any sewing machine.
